Sierk Baalbergen, Founder
Sierk founded the organisation in 1991. He is still actively involved in the daily operations, focussing on special projects. Sierk holds a degree at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and lives with his wife and two sons in Cape Town.

Kate Chen, Country Manager China
Kate has very succesfully moved up the ranks within our Chinese organisation. She combines her strong sales background with extensive international business experience. She holds a Master degree in Economics and is based in Shanghai.

Samantha Crous, Country Manager South Africa
Samantha joined CRF in 2008 as Marketing Director, but quickly got promoted to Counry Manager. She has a strong publishing and marketing background. Samantha holds a Master degree and lives together with her husband in Cape Town. |

Thorsten Jacoby, Regional Director Central Europe
Since 2007 Thorsten is responsible for the Swiss and German offices and gained more than 7 years of experience in analyzing and selling company information as well as in the area of print- and online media.

Mary van der Kuip, Country Manager Netherlands
Mary has for many years worked within Dutch publishing companies. With expertise in marketing, project management and sales. She joined CRF at the beginning of 2007. She is married and has 2 daughters.

Johann Labuschagne, Regional Director United Kingdom
Johann has for many years worked internationally in brand management and sales management and joined CRF at the beginning of 2007 as country manager for CRF South Africa, recently relocating to join CRF UK. He is married and has 2 daughters and a son.

Patricia van der Linden, Director Business Development
Patricia joined the organisation more than 10 years ago and has vast experience in all disciplines at the CRF Institute. Currently she focussing on Business Best Practises. Patricia lives together wil her husband and two sons.

David Plink, COO
David has focused during his career on helping people making informed career decisions. He has worked in recruitment advertising and for various leading online and print recruitment media. Furthermore he has gained market research experience with AC Nielsen US. David holds a MBA from Berkeley and a Master from the University of Leiden. Married and father of three children.

Hans Rothweiler, VP Business Development
Hans is responsible for research and setting up new countries. He has a long background in international publishing with extensive experience in on- and offline media, specialising in recruitment related publications. Has a Master degree at Eramus University of Rotterdam. Married and father of a son and a daughter.

Robert Schaefer, Regional Director Southern Europe
Robert is based in Valencia (Spain) and is responsible for Spain, Italy and France. With large experience in international publishing projects. Started working for CRF in Germany, moved to Spain several years ago. Married and father of three children. |

Steven joined the organisation in 2004. He has a long background in international publishing with extensive experience in on- and offline media, specialising in recruitment related publications. Has two Master degrees at University of Amsterdam. Married and father of two sons and a daughter.
