All Top Employers are featured individually on the dedicated project website. Users can interact with a special website tool to compile a selection of organisations of greatest interest to them.

The Top Employers book is used by young professionals and graduates as a valuable reference and source of information. The certified organisations are highlighted individually in a six-page profile in the book, which is distributed widely. The profiles are written by experienced business journalists, and are based on an interview with your own employees. This gives an insight to the perceptions of current employees, the most powerful ambassadors of your employer brand.
We generate editorial exposure through our partnership with the Telegraph Media Group. This provides publicity and media coverage of the achievements of the certified Top Employers.
In addition to being featured 24/7 in the Top Employers section of the Telegraph’s website, certified Top Employers for are promoted in print when the shortlist is announced in February and when the top winners are announced at our dinner and awards ceremony at the end of March.
Targeted registered users of the Telegraph Jobs site also receive information on Britain's Top Employers, giving certifed organisations added exposure among top graduates and young professionals.
