Through the objective and independent Top Employers research methodology, the smartest, most forward-thinking employers in the country are determined. That helps the certified organisations in attracting, retaining and engaging their talent, which is critical to creating their organisation's competitive edge.

The Britain's Top Employers project is run annually. Key to the project is that all participants must meet the objective rating standards in our research. The performance of each organisation that participates in Britain's Top Employers is vetted by an independent panel of experts.
