The CRF Institute, the organisation behind the Britain’s Top Employers projects, has announced the 56 organisations that were certified as 2010 Top Employers at a high-profile dinner and awards ceremony on 24th March 2010. The ceremony was held at the Florence Hall of the Royal Institute of Architects in Central London.

At the awards ceremony, David Plink, Chief Operating Officer of the CRF Institute, posed the question “Is your employer brand ready to face these challenges?” to the 200 attending HR directors and senior executives. In workforce planning, this represents one of the most challenging times that HR management has faced. Click here to view the video on Employer Branding.

Says Steven Veenendaal, CEO of the CRF Institute: “The year 2009 will be remembered as one of the most challenging in living memory. As the UK emerges from the recession, companies recognise that in order to improve their productivity and profitability, they must continue to attract and retain the best talent."
