Andrew Walker is a business director at Croner Reward, the specialist pay and benefits arm of Croner, a Wolters Kluwer business. Publishing 60 ‘off-the-shelf’ salary survey titles each year and with a range of salary benchmarking and job evaluation tools, Croner Reward is one of the best known and most respected names in this specialist segment of HR service provision.

 

Clive Sexton is a Director of Veredus, a leading Interim Management, Executive Search and Business Psychology provider both to the Private and Public Sectors and the Public/Private interface. It is part of the FTSE50 Capita plc, with a global reach. Clive has extensive commercial experience gained through general management and board roles within both PLCs and also through running his own businesses. Clive has over 20 years international experience providing cross-functional resourcing solutions to both global businesses and start-ups.



Jenny Davenport is Managing Director of People in Business, the Employer Brand consultancy. She specialises in work with senior teams, employee research and internal communication. Recent clients include JTI, the John Lewis Partnership and Man Group. She has been with PiB since 2001 and was formerly Head of Employee Relations and Communications with The Industrial Society. She has written and lectures widely, on Employer Brand and internal communication. Her latest book on Employee Communication During Mergers and Acquisitions was published in 2009.  


Dr Jonathan Trevor is a University Lecturer in the Human Resources & Organisations subject group at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and Co-Director of the Centre for International Human Resource Management. Jonathan was a lead researcher at Cambridge on the recently completed Global Human Resource Research Alliance project, the single largest HR-related study of the past decade. Previously he spent three years as a consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting in their London-based Performance and Rewards practice.


Siân Harrington is editor of HR magazine, aimed at directors responsible for people strategy. The HR brand includes a monthly magazine, daily e-bulletin, daily updated website, research, Most Influential ranking, Excellence Awards and roundtables. She was voted HR Journalist of the Year by the industry at the Towers Watson awards for excellence in HR journalism 2010 and HR magazine received Publication of the Year. Siân regularly chairs conferences and commentates for radio, television and the national press. She also writes a monthly column on HR for The Grocer.
