The Resource Center: enabling organisations to stand out
Certified Top Employers can show their status in many different ways, so they can build their employer brand and increase (internal) recognition for the organisation's HR policies.
Each certified company has its own Resource Center, where we provide all the necessary materials and examples to maximise use of the certification, including the certification seal, press releases, best practices and pictures. Top Employers can use the material in the workplace, on their websites, at job fairs, or in job postings.
Our website
All Top Employers are featured individually on our website. A special interactive tool allows visitors to select the organisations that are of greatest interest to them.
Our media partners 
We have a long term partnership with the Financial Times, which has a business readership of over 1.55 million executives. This includes an annual printed supplement, round table sessions, and online articles and newsletters. Besides, all Top Employers receive local press coverage, in cooperation with our local media partner.
