The Top Employers project generates visibility for certified Top Employers. How will this contribute to your HR challenge of attracting, retaining and engaging the best talent? We do this by:
• Reaching young professionals and graduates
The CRF Institute distributes the Top Employers book, has a dedicated project web site, and attends the principal career events. This gives the primary audience of young professionals (with up to 10 years’ work experience) access to the Top Employers and their distinctive qualities.
The Top Employers project gives participants a very cost-effective way of reaching their target audience with a well-respected and recognised format.
• Reaching internal and external stakeholders
The CRF Institute promotes the Top Employers through selective PR activities and through its media partners who publish and distribute the results of the project.
The Top Employers project also allows and supports certified participants to generate their own visibility:
• Internal PR: celebrating the success of the acknowledgement as a Top Employer with all employees.
• External PR: showcasing the specific strengths through targeted communications. The potential of PR is considerable, especially in dedicated graduate publications and local media. But also the impact amongst suppliers and clients is considerable.
• Internal/External: showcasing the recognition at your offices and branches will contribute to internal pride and external reputation.
